Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

Orders before 2pm Monday to Thursday will qualify for Next Day Delivery. Orders after 2pm will be processed the next working day for next day delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders after 2pm Friday but before 2pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday as there are no collections/deliveries on Saturdays. All orders are sent via APC Overnight with prices depending on size & weight (UK Mainland only). Orders are covered up to £100 as standard. For shipping outside of UK Mainland please contact us for a quote.

Our delivery prices are based on size/weight as below:

Small Items under 37.5cm <1kg (Tips, Chalk, Chalk Holders, Mini Butts etc) - £4.95

Medium items up to 1m length 1-5kg (extensions, 2 Piece cues/cases) - £7.95

Large Items up to 1.2m or 5-30kg (3/4 cues & cases, Irons, Ball Machines etc) - £9.95

Large Items over 1.2m (1 piece cues & cases) - £12.95

If you are ordering multiple items of different delivery prices the highest

delivery price will be applied at checkout.

If you'd prefer to order online and collect in store, please select that option during the checkout process. We'll email you once your order is ready to be collected and orders can be collected from our store at Unit 28, Mantra House, South Street Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 1SX.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cue Sports Yorkshire, we take huge pride in every product that we stock and we're very pleased with our high customer satisfaction levels. We do however recognise that some products may need to be returned on rare occasions and we ask that you get in touch with us first using the details found on our contact page before returning your order to the returns address below.
