Delivery & Returns

Our Express shipping couriers are APC, Percelforce and DPD who aim to have your parcel delivered in 1-2 business days (not guaranteed). We do not ship out on weekends. If ordered by 2pm on weekdays we will have your item shipped out same-day. Orders after 2pm will be shipped out next working day. Our standard shipping couriers include Royal Mail, Evri, DX, Parcelforce & DPD.

 

Our website offers shipping prices to UK Mainland ONLY. DELIVERY TO ANY OTHER DESTINATION such as Northern Ireland, R.O.I, Scotland, Europe, America etc please CONTACT US for a shipping quote. Alternatively we can give you the dimensions & weight of the product you want shipping and you can purchase your own shipping and we will print off the shipping label you provide us

Small Items under 37.5cm <1kg (Tips, Chalk, Chalk Holders, Mini Butts etc)

Medium items up to 1m length 1-5kg (extensions, Balls, 2 Piece cues/cases) 

Express Shipping - £8.95

Large Items up to 1.2m or 5-30kg (3/4 cues & cases, Irons, Ball Machines etc)  

Express Shipping - £12.95

Standard Shipping - £10.95

Large Items over 1.2m length (1 piece cues & cases) -

If you are ordering multiple items of different delivery prices the highest

delivery price will be applied at checkout.

If you'd prefer to order online and collect in store, please select that option during the checkout process. We'll email you once your order is ready to be collected and orders can be collected from our store at Unit 3 Hanson Works, Marley Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 5JX
